Return Policy

In case you are not satisfied with a product you can return it within 14 days after you received it. Please inform us first about your action by sending an email to info@footluz.com  about the product you want to return, the reason for your return (change in size or color of the same product, change for another product and its particular product code, defective product, money refund) and your contact details or by calling at (+30) 2121069829 to give you the right directions.

The returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags as well as the order receipt attached.

ACS Courier receives the products on behalf of the company “FOOTLUZ” from the address you declare and send them to the ACS Courier Store in Ilioupoli (Ergaton Tipou street, 4, Ilioupoli, 16346).

Return Cost

  • Change with same product (different size or color)

Follow the steps below to change a product with the same product in different size or color:

  1. Inform us via email or phone at the contact details of the company mentioned above about the change of product you want to make.
  2. State your exact contact details (Name, address) for the receipt of the product by the company ACS Courier on behalf of the company “FOOTLUZ“. The receipt of parcel from your place is proceeded without any charge within Greece. The customer will be charged only the shipping costs of the new product. Cypriot and foreign customers will be charged all the shipping costs of receiving and sending the product. In case you decide to use any other transport company of your choice, you will be fully charged for the shipping costs which you will pay to the transport company you choose at the time of sending the parcel. Company address of “FOOTLUZ“: Ipsilantou street, 11, Ilioupoli, 16341, under the name of: FOTEINI TSOLI).
  3. Make sure that the package is firm, for prevention of any possible transportation damage. In addition, your package should contain the product you are returning, in excellent condition with the special markings (cards) and the payment receipt.
  4. To commit / reserve the product with which you wish to change, you must place a new order following the same procedure that you followed during the previous order from our online store, selecting at the end Bank Deposit or Cash on delivery. If you choose Bank Deposit, you will only be charged the shipping costs of the new product. In order for us to send you the new product, you must first pay the shipping cost of the new product.

  1. When we receive the product for change at the address of our company, we will notify you again about the shipment of the new product.

 

  • Change to a different product

Follow all the above steps described.

  1. For the commitment / reservation of the product with which you wish to change, you must place a new order following the same procedure that you followed during the previous order from our online store, selecting at the end Bank Deposit or Cash on delivery. If you choose Bank Deposit, you will only be charged the shipping costs of the new product as well as any product price difference. In order for us to send you the new product, you must first pay the shipping cost of the new product and the potential price difference.   2. When we receive the product for change at the address of our company, we will notify you again about the shipment of the new product.

 

  • Money return

Refunds are only accepted if there is no stock in the product you want to change, whether it is a change in size or color or a defective product. In this case, you must follow the above steps to send the product to our company. You should also email us at info@footluz.com your contact details and the bank account with the details of the Legal Beneficiary to whom you wish a refund.

 

General

Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (regardless of type) are packaged specifically and carefully in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, it is a case of any of these products being worn out when sent to you or of a product being picked up with a defect. For this reason, and regardless of your right to withdraw which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

In case you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation it means that you have received the product unconditionally from our company. However, if you find that there is damage and/or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us by phone at (+30) 2121069829 or e-mail: info@footluz.com telling us if you wish to be sent a new one to replace or if you wish to exercise your right of product and money return. In case you wish to be sent a new product for replacement, the new product will be sent to you without any additional charge. In case of product replacement, customers within Greece are not charged shipping costs. For customers in Cyprus and abroad, the charges apply as they are.

Necessary conditions for the exercise of the right are: Do not use the product, have not removed any labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand marking, etc.) that have on them the products from clothing, footwear and accessories. In addition, all items should be returned in the condition received (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging), and should also be accompanied by all necessary documents.
