After selecting and seeing in detail the products you are interested in, add them to the cart, to see your cart and proceed to the completion of the order, place the cursor on the top right of the basket icon until a small preview of your order appears and press arrow SEE THE CART or just click on the cart icon (at the top left of the screen).
You have the opportunity to complete your order either as a visitor by filling in the required fields, or if you have an account through it simply by entering your email and password, or to create a new account by declaring email and other necessary information. To proceed to the next step, click the button that appears, COMPLETE ORDER.
Fill in the shipping details and billing details, as requested. To proceed to the next step press the button that appears COMPLETE ORDER.
Upon successful completion, you will see a message on your screen that will give you the code of your order and will inform you of the email address where a preview of the order you just made will be sent to you.

All credit or debit card transactions are made on the secure Viva Wallet platform that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, American Express cards. The amount collected in the account of www.footluz.com should correspond to the exact price of your order as appeared upon its completion, with any shipping costs. The customer should cover any bank charges. Please indicate your order number on your payment to avoid delays.
Once you make the deposit you should definitely inform us by calling us at +30 2121069829 or sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, total amount as well as the date and the bank you made the deposit.
The deposit must be made within one day from the day of the order. If the fight amount is not deposited within this period, your order will be canceled.
Also, note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed. This can take up to two business days, depending on each bank’s process.
Price and Payment
The price of each product will be the one specified at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always make sure that all prices on the website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the corrected correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will consider that your order has been cancelled and we will refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you with any products at the wrong lowest price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), in case the error in price is obvious and indisputable and can reasonably be recognized by you as the wrong price. Prices may change at any time, however, subject to what is specifically mentioned above, any changes will not affect orders for which Order Confirmation has already been sent to you.
Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, they will have been added to your shopping cart and the next step is to forward the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process by completing or verifying the information requested at each step. To minimize unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted in the secure environment of the bank you are being directed to. The bank reserves the right to request pre-approval of your card to ensure that there is sufficient credit balance to complete the transaction.
Your card will only be charged if your order is shipped for delivery from our warehouses. If payment is made via PayPal, the amount will be charged with the confirmation of your order.
The moment you press the “Complete Order” button you confirm that your credit/debit card is valid and has an adequate balance. Cards are subject to validity and approval checks by your card issuer. If the issuer of your card does not approve the payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to contract with you.
