The products are shipped with the courier company SPEEDEX Courier, throughout Greece.
Cyprus & abroad
Orders of products in Cyprus and abroad are delivered between 5-15 working days. Payments can only be accepted by credit or debit card, PayPal account transfer or Bank Deposit. Cash on delivery is not possible. The shipping charge for Cyprus is 8 €, for Europe and other countries abroad 15 € for parcels up to 2 kg.
Orders are delivered daily, 9:00 – 17:00. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. In case someone is not available for delivery, the Courier will leave a message with a contact phone number where you will need to call to arrange your delivery again. Delivery shipments are returned to us after one week. In this case, the rescheduling of the shipping is charged with shipping costs.
No shipments / deliveries on Saturday.
On Sundays and holidays there are no shipments and delivery of orders.
Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5 above concerning the availability of products and subject to exceptional circumstances in this regard, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product(s) listed on the Order Confirmation up to the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date has been set, within the estimated time period shown when you choose a payment method, and in any case within no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products takes place through the partner carrier and the shipping time at the local level is between three and four (3-4) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation and worldwide depending on the destination. Deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays are made upon request with the carrier and at an additional cost.
However, delays may occur in cases such as, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.
If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date for our part, or cancel the order with a full refund of the money.
For the purposes of these Terms, the “delivery” will be deemed to have been made or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party at your behest, other than the carrier, has acquired the physical possession or control of the products, which will be demonstrated by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, he will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you will need to do to receive it and will contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from the time your order is available for delivery, this order has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to our fault, we will assume that you wish to cancel the Agreement and the Agreement will be deemed to have been completed. As a result of the expiration of the Agreement, we will refund to you free of interest any payment we have received from you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the date on which the Agreement has expired.
In case of loss of your order due to a carrier error we will inform you about this and we will take care if you still wish to complete the order to replace and re-send to you the same products, otherwise we will refund you free of interest any payment we received from you.
Risk Transfer and Product Ownership
Responsibility for the products is transferred to you once you or a third party acting at your behest, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products. Ownership of the products passes into your hands either by the complete collection by us of all amounts due in relation to the products, including shipping costs, or by their delivery (as defined above in clause 7 if it takes place after the collection
